I purchased LG Nexus 5 16GB from snapdeal.com on 12MAR, the phone gets heated up while using camera (flash off), watching movies, playing small games (basic games).
I contacted snapdeal for this issue, they said visit LG service center and they will give DOA certificate, so they can replace the product.
LG says we cannot issue DOA certificate as it’s more that 7 days. So we can only repair your phone.
A big NO from snapdeal to help in this case. There is always complaints from snapdeal on purchasing electronics.
