I bought this phone way back in 2004 and I believed I had a bargain with this one. Though, with Reliance as a service provider, it was never too easy to understand why they provide some features and withdraw them at their own choice. The best of the example was MMS service. I was glad to know that I could send MMS free of cost to any email-id and even more happier to know that reply from those email-ids can be received in a form of MMS on my phone. This worked fine for almost 3 months or so and then suddenly, replies from email id stopped coming.
I made n number of calls to the reliance customer service who were unable to comprehend that such service was available with reliance. 75% of the customer service executives said reliance can not provide email service to their phone networks. Nevertheless, I was still happy to own this phone. The phone did started showing problems with battery life later on i.e. in late 2005. I would still give this phone a 3 outta 5. Just because i bought this phone at a time when I was ready to buy MotoRazr for 34K ;-)
