NO PART AVAILABLE FOR LCD TV AFTER 6 YEARS

It was very bad experience I had in last 2 days with respect to support and call. I made more than 10 calls since yesterday. I reached out LG customer care and they said based on my product a visit will be aligned and necessary visiting charges to be paid i.e. 700/- aprox. I was ok with it however later I realized that there is additional part charges which I requested to share however since part charges to be checked with the service centre in Moti Nagar Delhi. I was provided following nos.


1- I called first time 8588829615 with many attempts there was no response. I reached out LG customer.


2- I called second no. 9599880704 and came to know that Part is not available. I reached out LG customer for next support.


3- I was asked to speak with Ms. Ruchi 9811354682 but all my attempts and leaving voice message, I did not see any response till today call.


4- I finally called LG Customer care and I was provided Mr. Sujit Kumar 959988063 who clearly rejected saying no parts available for any model after 6 years.


I am one of the customers who rely on LG for many other products and have multiple items in my home. Now, such statement will bother for my future relationship since it says no parts for any item which is 6 years old. Moreover, my recently purchased LG AC comes with 10 years compressor warranty how come that item hold such support. I look forward to appropriate support and service towards my LCD TV LG32FR JAZZ model.
