It’s the worst experience buying LG products. I called more than 50 times, but no one is ready to pick up my call or fix the issue. All designated area vendors are saying it is not coming to their area. It’s like I’m working in a government firm, having to go door to door for service.
If you can align an engineer, it’s a very humble request. I am not able to deal with this giant fridge. What should I do? Because no engineer is ready to visit.
