poor service

Buying the product 3 months ago was a pleasant experience. Installation and registration handled professionally. Jan 15th, door lock did not function, and oven was unusable.


Complaint at 1800 180 9999, their call center, was handled well and tech came in 2 days after calling. Door replaced 3 days later, well done. But i did call to protest about the charge of Rs550/  saying I would blog about this, as it was within warranty.


Later when I used the oven it vibrated so much I switched it off. 1800180 9999 disconnects after 2 rings. For a week I have tried several times a day. No luck. Have I been fed into their blacklist system for complaining about the door charges?
