The AC is good it was very impressive.excellent and it gives a pleasurable feeling inside home even the temperature outside is above 40 degree.Simple design with basic features. Cooling is faster. Cools the Room in just less than 10min. 10 yr warranty on Compressor. Lot of Saving on Wallet due to Invertor technology.That’s great. I have been using this for the past 25 days. The AC cooling is very fast and effective. Great Build quality with nice look and feel. Cooled from 30 to 24 degree Celsius in less than 5 min for a room of 15 x 15 feet .Need to test this in Chennai summer to see the real performance. Very less noise when we set the Fan speed to lowest level. Good chunky and functional remote control. White digital display will illuminate your room as a night lamp. We can switch off the display using the remote. One minor thing I noticed is that I hear a friction noise when the auto swing is on.This may me due to new ac parts.I hope this would get set in due course of time. Apart from that I would recommend this product to everyone. Also LG service backup is good and this is my 4th LG ac for my home. I trust LG AC’s, since I am using it from 2004. All my old LG AC’s are still in good condition and working fine. I would also recommend for this product to get the best out of it.Superb cooling, quick one at that, lower electricity bills(compared to 2 star or 3 star ACs) and special features of "Himalaya Cool", "Monsoon cool", "Energy saving" are the bonuses not to be missed. Quite satisfied with what I have got so far from the brand of LG(I am currently owning a 258l Refrigerator, an AC and a washing machine by the company and the performance of each one is satisfactory.) Recommended!The cooling feels nice on a 3rd floor apartment. The installation was fast and reliable from LG, would recommend any day. Although the indoor unit’s plastic quality is not that good but worth the price paid. My room is a 11 x 11 ft room on top floor and it works perfectly.hey were very unprofessional. Seemed like a bunch of inexperienced guys trying a hang an air conditioner on the wall and somehow managed to do that. Did not cover the indoor connecting pipes with vinyl tape which was provided by LG. Charged me 2000 bucks, 1000 for the installation.
