I bought LG split AC now I compliant for no cooling , Company people came for inspection, for that I paid Rs.300 but they didn’t give any receipt .they said maybe compressor problem sent both units to service centre it may cost around Rs.8000 for repair.
I sent the units to Service centre .There they behaved sarcastically and told it will cost Rs.18000.I was shocked then I bring back the unit and repaired outside just Rs.3500.I strongly condemn the behaviour of the service people
2013 I bought another LG split AC now I am worrying why I bought LG brand.like me, many customers are suffering now I am telling all my friends circle not to buy LG AC.
