LG Split AC 1.5 Ton I have few tips to the customers who want to buy LG split Air Conditioner. I bought one , hence my experience may benefit others.
Always buy in winter before requirement, so that LG will be able to install it before the end of summer. When we buy online, they will provide LG customer care number. After many attempts, your call will get materialized, because it is always busy. After two, three attempts, they will tell you that they have forwarded your details to the outsourced agency for installation. Then they will provide you the outsourced agency installation number, and also their CEO number in case required. Now onwards you contact this outsourced agency. After few attempts, they will give you date for inspection by their engineer, to assess the installation procedure. Donot take leave and wait, because, on the specified date they will not come. Once your 2 to 3 days leave is wasted, he will come , check and tell you to get the window grill removed if it is a flat. You catch somebody, pay and get the grill removed and ring up. After 2 to 3 attempts, he will tell you the date that they will come. But do not waste your leave, they might come after one or two failed promise. I waited 3 days and am still waiting.
Before buying, take unlimited talk time for your mobile because you may require it to contact LG organisation, Installation team, call centre etc.
Buy a new Diary to note down all the numbers.
I puchased the AC on 14Jan17 and today is 22Jan17 and am still waiting for the installation team. I have procured a Bouque to welcome them and waiting.
Donot open the AC boxes by mistake. Keep it as it is. But I am confident about Amazon that at least I can return back to amazon within the period and obtain reimbursement.
