Good service provided till now since last one to one and half year.Provides pure cooling and has good quality air, compressor and remote options.LG is seriously reliable and I am very satisfied with its using till now.No issues till now except one, that entering of a rat in the AC and messing up all the things.Due to which my AC had started making a wiered sound but its all in good condition now & is very convinient.
