I have bought the LG inverter ac on nov15 from the dealer(Viveks chennai - trade center sale) and the dealer provided me the installation at free of cost on time, . but I guess the installation was not done properly as rain water came inside the room through the pipe which connected with compressor outside. that pipe they given is not quality one. however I managed during rain time and I was cleaning the room every time after rain.
Finally I spoke to LG call center person for reinstallation as it was not done properly by dealer. they are saying technician will visit my place in 24 hrs. but no body turned. I called them 4 times for the same reason. they were keep on responding the same slogan like. 24 hrs time or ASAP. at last stage they told that they are having more installation due to summer sales so they cant provide the person for reinstallation(LG Service 9840950646) and they are saying that I need to check with dealer since they only given me first time installation and also service and everything I should call the dealer where I taken this product.
I asked about 3 free service warranty card which given in the LG kit book. but they saying they won’t do(from this number 22-61587300), contact dealer for all the service. totally I m frustrated with response they given me. they are not knowing value to money how hardly we earned.
I recommend not to take LG product with any dealer. service and response is very bad even the product is good.
I am going to raise this issue in consumer court and understand them value of money and I will also stop my closed ones who wanted to buy LG products in market.
