Before giving the review for 8kg full automatic machine , I want to share first my experience of 6.5kg full automatic washing machine.
I bought 6.5kg washing machine full automatic washing machine 4 years back. 2015 it start giving peoblem I registered the complaint . LG sent engineer. He carried my washing machine and charge me approx. 3000. And sene back the washing machine after necessary repair . After 2-3 days washing machine’s performance more worsen. I again logged the complaint for new problem but nonody respond even I escalate the matter with senior management in hope I will get solution ( in between I bought 8kg fully automatic washing machine ) of LG being a trusted brand. But ever no revert comes from top management as well. Was really disappoint. Nobody gave solution.
Now with new washing machine worked fine for 4-5 months. But now it giving dent to clothes.
I am totally out of trust for LG as brand existence.
As nobody bother to solve the problem.
Plz be very cautious while purchasing LG brand products
