I am forced to write this review, as every single review of this phone seen in technology blogs has some criticism of the other for all unwanted reasons.
Lets start with what every one wants in a phone and see whether LG V20 matches the needs.
Display. Amazing Display, comparable to any phone on market
Storage. 64 GB inbuilt, expandable upto 256
Battery.Excellent battery. Replaceable.
Few technology blogs have suggested this as a drawback since it takes away the water resistance seen in newer phones.
I personally wou ld like to use a phone which has easily swappable batteries.
Build. Amazing Build.
Aircraft grade aluminium.
Military grade drop testing before on the phone.
This phone has removable aluminium back cover
Dual SIM if needed
Camera. Wonderful easily usable Manual mode.
Dual lens in back 16 mega pixel.
Wide angle useful but not all the time.
Comparable photos with s7 edge and IPhone 7 plus.
I own an S7 edge and taken photos from both.
Audio. Just wow when listening on headphones.
By the way, it does have a headphone jack

Software. Android Nougat 7.0 as standard.

Dual screen. Genuinely useful notification screen.
Fingerprint scanner at back and easy to use.

Bottomline.
There are many phones in market now, each had its own drawbacks.
S7 Edge is extremely good but is limited by older software( possibility of upgrade) . Doesn’t have other features mentioned above.
Pixel XL. Very Good but no expandable storage.
If you look at reviews on technology blogs, most of the phones they have reviewed have got lot of bloatware from telcos, the one I bought from jbhifi is just pure android experience and it’s amazing.
For the price and features it has, I believe it’s an excellent phone.
