I have recently purchased this washing machine. but I don’t like this company’s service. Irresponsible call center and no service response after calling repeatedly and finally forced to cancel the request. Regret having purchased a LG product. It was very stupid of them to have accepted and acted like they will arrive at the doorstep in the next minute. This was a very disappointing experience with a highly reputed brand .
So I dont like this company’s service.
