This to inform you all Indians and Non Indians Before buying any Product OF LG.. Think Once Again.. Company is advertising has OWN the Best Customer Support n service Award. But thats only the Advertise, not the fact. May by some part some one have found good experience.. But for me it is the worst support and commitment. One can think the commitment of the toll free call centre employee cant be trusted 100%, but ateast one can trust on Head of the Department commitment., ya definitely one will trust on the person who is the head of the department, but again It is prove that all play the same games and eat dinners in same plates.., Though its head of the department or its just a call centre officer, commitments is just to cut the callers call with respect. I am giving you some details about my complaint and the commitment they have offered.
1) Register the complaint for the same on 2nd June 2010 with # C1060235305, the technician visited the house with in 24 hours and suggested a spinning tub motor replacement, and quoted us Rs.1150/- for the same. He took the charge of Rs.175/- as visiting charges with no Receipt, after a day we called the customer care and accepted to move ahead with the replacement, the customer care executive gave us the Technicians Contact No. Mr.Deepak # +919619861411, who as of now is not picking up the my phone, so again today on 16th June 2010 called up the customer care toll free no # 18001809999, and enquirer about the same, they updated the consumer complaint no with the new one # C1061608818 at 11am, and again we where committed that we will receive a call from Technician with in a Hour, 1pm tried to call Deepak, but was not picking up the call, tried once again at 2pm, but same not picking up the call, So at 2:15pm I again called customer care and asked for the update status for the same, they gave us our regional area service center Name and No, "MICRO SERVICE PVT LTD-- AUTHORISED CERVICE CENTER FOR LG" # 022-25974500. I called up and asked about the same, They told that they where waiting for my call, for providing them the Part Code, as Its was not my job. I told Deepak knows it, so they put my call on hold and tried to get details for the same from Deepak as He is working with the same, and commited me that I will expect a call from Deepak soon, But after waiting for the same till 5PM I again called Customer care, and requested the no of some one higher authority for the same, they provided me the No of LATA KAMBOLI # 9820871195, I called her she also committed that by any how today my complaint will be resolved, I trusted once again, at 7pm I tried to call her once again and told till now has received no calls from any one, nor any one has come till now, she once again told it will be resolved by today any how, now its almost 11-55pm, should you think one should wait more 5 min, to trust the words of higher authority so called LATA KAMBOLI. So called Customer Care.
I took two days leave from my office just to wait home to get this problem resolved in my present, as its now rainy season, clothes dont dry soon, My mom is of 65+ I do job, on their commitment I took leave, now next leave I will get after 15days, as I took two days week leave together for the running month, now you suggest when will my machine get repaired and when my mom will get relaxed for the same. Are they would be able to come after 8:30Pm by the time I may reach home, or need to wait for another 15days and relie on their commitment, once again. one can get verified my complaint, no.s with details as follows, Add: 107/108, Omkar APartment, Shivmandir lane, Waghle Estate, Kishan Nagar - 3, Thane West. and ask for the status.
