Libas is worst online purchase website, dont ever buy with them.
I purchase one kurti set on 17th March’23 and made online payment. I waited for few days as it was to be delivered in 3-4 days as per their commitment but no revert on my order.
later I tried calling on their customer care number 9899990772 but number always busy, seems there is default message of all executives are busy. I got shocked when order status shown as full filled. I wrote email to Libas, I got email stating order will be not delivered as delivery person tried reaching you and you rejected order. This is ridiculous when I have paid, i am chaa]sing for my order how-come I can reject order. This was absolutely wrong information .I am still waiting for refund of my money.
Please don’t buy anything from this company /website seems to be fake people.
