I bought a policy from this bogus company through royal Enfield for my Interceptor 650 cc last year I e. 2019, I am trying to connect them online, send mails and even try to renew my old policy, it shows policy doesn’t exist. I have bought 1 year bumper to bumper and next 5 years 3rd party from this bogus liberty general insurance, raise a complaint and no one has called me last 2 days. how can some one believe a company like this. I tried to connect to customer care but I was on line for 18 mins and no one responded. other day line connected, but deliberately disconnected my call.
please don’t get fooled with such new company like liberty and loose your money. they will eat up our money and if any claim arises then god save you.
last 2 days I have made all attempt to contact their team in Mumbai and customer care, but of no use.
please don’t get carried away and fooled .
I m writing mail to Royal Enfiled to partner with such dumb company.
