First I thought that they have a bad customer service but then I realized that this is a fraud company.
I booked a flight on Easemytrip and chose liberty general insurance.
I cancelled my flight and put a claim against it.
They approved my claim but didn’t pay the money.
They just approved so that I don’t complain to Easemytrip but they never intended to pay me the money.
I called dozens of times and emailed multiple times. Even included Easemytrip in this case but everything of no use.
Every time they say something different and ask me to call back after 10 days. Even after submitting all the required documents.
