My new membership on Librarywala.com is not proving to be a good experience. Rather pathetic timelines in Pune by the eportal.
I was told delivery in 4 days however each time there was a 10 day lag plus post numerous calls each time, only have I received my books. Initially they were a good service in Pune but now Pune does not suit their method of business. A real pain especially since I have taken a long term membership!!!
