I have got my loan sanction from LICHFL, Asaf Ali Road Branch N Delhi. They told me that the Rate Of interest is 10.4% but after 3 months they changed it to 11.9% where as in the market everyone is dropping the rate of interest.
I Suggest to every Hoe buyer Never go for a Home loan from LIC HFL (Specialy from Asaf Ali Road Branch N Delhi). The Staff attitude also very careless towards the old clients . Son I’m going to shift my current loan to some other banks.
