I approached the housing loan consultant "Kumar" from LICHFL in valecheri-Chennai. I Submitted all the required documents. So the processing went smooth but their processing speed is not so good. It’s OK OK. He charged me 11, 500 for loan processing. For that I got receipt after it was asked. But he charged( Cheated) me Rs: 2000 in the name of documentation. when I asked the receipt he said there won’t be any bill for this, this is for documentation work.
Later I realized I didn’t need to pay even a single penny other than processing fee. I don’t want no one to get cheated like this. Please aware of these frauds.
