Even if you are getting less rate of interest I would suggest never go for LICHFL loan. Very poor customer service, unprofessional agents, one has to do to & fro many times for documentation.
It seems no one knows what set of documents are required and would never inform you properly.
After you submit builder demand letter, one has to do lot of followups for cheque to get ready.otherwise they forget.never inform properly and always delay in preparing payment cheques.
There is no system of escalations in place and client’s are treated like beggars. So ultimately what you are saving in interest will be lost in late payments and never the less your peace of life will be lost.
If anyone knows how to switch financier and/or how to do complaint please help me.
