In short - Very Very Bad! I am having a tough time with LIC HFL. I had taken a loan 6 months back at 10.4 .. suddenly it got increased to 11.9%. Made prepayment 1 lack till now no status regarding this .. it’s not updated online.
I have to go to their office and stand in a big queue (enq. Q, cash Q etc.) to find any status. No customer service numbers at all.
When I contacted the branch manager. He hardly seemed to here my complaint. Very very lethargic people. I had a home loan from HDFC it was really good ..
Moreover, ypu have to pay extra fee even if u want to increase u r EMI. I paid 1124 Rs. to increase my EMI and u can increase u r EMI only once. Stay away from it ... stay peaceful ...
