We got loan approval with starting interest rate 10.0% for 2 years fixed. Suddenly they increased the rate to 11.45% after 2 years which is never acceptable. Even though the market rate was very less around 9-10%. I have tried lot of times to contact but no body is not responding and they are careless about customers. I didn’t get correct reason for increase in rate.
There is no online banking transfer for repay of principal which is strong minus point for LICHFL.
Very bad and pathetic customer service.
Now I am trying to transfer the loan to other bank.
