Our experience was very bad with this fiance company, This is a very fast growing company & Its a brand
My father is a govt servant & They told me for taken a loan from Lic housing Finance at the timing of my new home before one year
I was interested in HDFC but due to my father suggestion I inquiry for LIC & I have process for the same also
During this loan applying & till disbursement I faced a lot of problem, Its a very lengthy & dull process, There is no any single person where we can contact & can get the complete information related to loan or documents
After disbursement I have faced a lot of problem, My ECS not activated till 5 months, When we contact in service support we found there is no one present for help to us
All staff found aged & they are not aware about new system & many peoples we found they were ignoring the computer system also
Finally after some time I have transferred my loan from Lic to HDFC here everything is online & its much better from LIC
And everything is systematic
