I’ve bitter experience with LICHFL white field branch and overall LICHFL Management, I’d applied loan from Whitefield branch in Thubarahalli under Area Manager - Mrs Ujjawala Nayak. Thier team is least bothered in communicating facts/correct processing charges/duration for sanctioning etc. Even when their Associate is confirming in front of Management about mistake of communication of processing fees from his side, LICHFL Management is least bothered for any corrective action.
I would suggest to refrain from taking Loan from this branch and better to avoid LICHFL only. Looks like has better rates/less processing charges however hidden charges etc. will be a costlier affair at longer run. Irony is they are looking to expand business sales by reaching in realty expos however at ground level cannot manage their existing customer commitments. I’ve already written formal complaint to their AM, Manager, DRM, RM however no resolution so far.
