My policy got matured, went to claim it, they told u need to go the same branch where you took policy.! not sure in which age they are in.
People invest and redeem on a click of a button, if not this they can at least process it and suggest some alternative options which is suitable to customer.Don’t know when they will evolve.:-(
Your money just sleeps over there both the cases "zindagi ke saath bi and zindagi ke baad bi" dont ever invest there !First I repented in investing in LIC which is nothing but just a recurring deposit with some peanuts on your death.
