LIC HFL is goof unless u didn’t face any issue. Whenever there is a requirement of e.g. Loan Rewriting, Prepayment, EMI not deducted on time etc. u will be in heavy trouble. Because they don’t give the proper information also they don’t care about the customer.
I was following up for my ROI rewriting for whole one month and they were not doing it. When I raised complain through their customer support email id as well as contact(Area, Region, HO) given at site no response received from them. Initially one / two emails received with misleading statement. but now response stopped, complaint is still open. They know they are mistaken but No one is bothered about customer pain or resolve the complain. No Area manager / Regional manager will involve though they are in copy in every email.
Hence Summary. worst customer support I have even seen. Your concerns will not be attended.
Better go to SBI(i dont have experience) or HDFC .Good pvt. bank.
