I ordered two products and got a message that both products are out for delivery. An hour later I received a box. On opening it I found only 1 item. I checked my cell and found a message saying the ordered had been modified and money paid for the second item will be credited to licious wallet.
How can an order be modified after it has been despatchrd.
Also, they say the money will be forfeited if nothing is ordered within 90 days.
So they want customers to pay in advance with being sure of getting delivery and they also want to ensure that the money lies with them. It’s upto the customer to recover by buying something else within 90 days failing which he can say goodbye to the amount.
Smells somewhat like a fraud
If they can’t deliver at least they should refund the money instantly and apologize. They have no right to use this money in their business.
