Poor Customer Support

I registered on Lifecell 1 week back, they gaurented me to give a Emergency kit next day as I am in my 8th month of pregnancy. After registration no sales person is responding to me nor even they are bothered to contact me for my emergency kit.

Poor CRM service.

Very poor
