LifeCell_CS is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Unprofessional behavior. Cheap customer handling.

It looks LifeCell customer representative are very unprofessional.


Today I spoke Sandeep Raghuvan(one of customer representative) and he got frustrated when I asked basic questions about cost/quality and he just said over the phone "Kya Yaar yeh customer." and handed over the phone to another representative who was directly dealing with me(she just gave phone to explain me better). This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable.I called them from UAE by spending my money and they have no time to listen the customer.totally crap.


One of my friend told that life Cell team gave appoint to his wife 4 times and they did not appear on time to handover the kit/registration form. They asked not to go anywhere and din’t appear. How we can expect such behavior.I am planning to go with Cryo. The seems more professional and genuine. it’s just 5-10k rupees difference but a mental peace.
