Worst ever customer service.. I am sure its fraud

I did stem cell banking for my twins last year. this year I thought of making one time payment for 20 years. Issues are:

  1. I chasing up customer service center for 1 month and it is still open.

  2. They have come up with different amount for the same service at different occasions.

  3. They will assure you of call back and that will never happen.

  4. Even I followed up and shared my credit card details for payments, they promised that it would be done in 24 hrs but seven days have passed and still same pathetic state,  no confirmations, nothing.

  5. I am wondering if I have to follow up for a month for making payments, got forbid but if I need the stem cell going ahead how much time will they take to respond.

My humble request to everyone.


PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE LIFECELL AND GET CHEATED. ITS YOUR KIDS LIFE


If someone could help me sue Lifecell I would do it happily.
