I bought this product from other site ( March 2017) . This is a perfect electronic item to fry, grill and toast. Very compact and intelligently designed air fryer by lifelong. All dishes were perfectly made by air fryer within 10-20 mins with not more than one teaspoon oil and the frozen potato chilli bites came out perfect, brown and crispy. The home made chicken tikka was also great. The home made french fries wasn’t crispy. But i’ll try by soaking a potato in salt water for a longer time as suggested by other experts. Possibly the recipes need a bit tuning, e.g soaking time of potato, time needed in the fryer, etc. For e.g 500g french fries took 20 min rather than 15 min as written in the recipe book. But all-in-all I am very satisfied with the product. The online warranty and repair mechanism is also fantastic ( reduce support cost for the company allowing it to sell at cheaper rates than competitors) and is nice if they honor their promise.
