Yes you heard my title right , darkness in the box.This website has got so many issues with customers.
I got to know about this from google .
So I wanted to order from new app for new experiences.But I went vain.It was my worst experience there.
I ordered a kurti which came 10 days late !
Customer service- The customer service is very pathetic here.
They wont call nor message yoh about the issues/informations about your order.
They promised me delivering products in a lapse of 4 days.But I got that order 10 days late.
No calls were made for the inconvenience caused!
Product quality - The screen made the cloth look blue.My dress was looking so good.But I got green colour kurti.I was so dissapointed
The quality seemed so bad ??
Delivery timeliness - I have already mentioned about delivery issues
App and websites - They take so much time to load and display their items.
The products are sorted in a good order and becomes hard to find them
Reliablity - I dont find them reliable enough for any marketing services .
