My friends are complained that Alibaba.com also provides Chinese products.
I have bought a bluetooth speaker from this website.I bought it only due to the affordable and cheap price.There were no warranty card and related bills.
Battery of the bluetooth speaker got damaged with in two months.
I contacted customer care and there were no satisfactory reply.
I have mailed to Lightinthenox support but never got a reply.
This was my first and the last experience with this website.
This website provides very cheap rate and everybody will think they provide genuine products and customer service.But they don’t.
