I am very disappointed from this hospital. Lilavati hospital was very trustfull in our family since last 8 years . But nowdays it is not working as expected from patients like us . Any hostpital not only give medical trearment but also provide good mental and finantial support to the patient . According to me the following things should be improved by the hospital .
1) GOOD ENVIROMENT: - Patient need healthy enviroment for theire fast recovery but the pollution in mumbai affect the area arround the lilavati hospitals very badly .
2) EXPENSIVE: - Middle class people needs all the best facilities in affordable amount of money. But in this hospital the prices of any test are very high and not in middle class areas.
3) STAFFS ATTITUDE: - The nurses and wardboys should be very polite with the patients but here they are very rude and non supportive towards the patients .
At last I will not recommend you to visit this . Apart you may go to KEM the best hospital ever.
