Room quality: this is one the most worst places I have ever gone to.as we have done bookings seeing the pictures in the website.we have totally being betrayed.it has the worst rooms ever and they have a very bad maintenance.they have no proper of atleast keeping the room clean before the customer enter into the room.the room was so dirty that as soon as we entered the room it was smelling very bad.and thr TV doesn’t work also.dont believe in the pictures in different websites.it is all fake and totally opposite.
Guest services: they have no respect for there guests at all.the people dont even care if you are entering the hotel.and the most worst part is there is no one to carry your luggage also unless you request them.i had a worst and insulting experience here.
Food and presentation: the food tasted the worst and in the first attempt itself we understood and we never had food from the same hotel again.
Ambience: the ambience here is so disappointing that you will think and its very annoying how they betrayed us with the photos in the website.
Value for money: total waste of money, I dont want to get insulted and go to a worst hotel again.i wont suggest this place to anyone at all.
