Look friend I have ordered only once from limeroad and that too because they were flooding my phones with sms about the offers. I thought lets try it and found that it was a serious mistake.
Limeroad has both app and website and I have used the app. Talking about the first day, I had kept some items on wishlist and as I liked them but I had never planned to buy all those things. nobody does . but the problem is when I started gettings the call from their customer as to buy those items as they will provide additional benefits. Then they told me that they will provide free delivery and after some days I had ordered a saree from there. The price seemed to be okay and it has been delivered in a week or so. But as I open it I realised thay it didnot match the quality mentioned. and immediately I contact but got no reply for almost 1day. Then I tried to convince them for a refund but they said it is not in their policy. I realised it is all done. before selling they were like the best service provider, and after selling they disnt even bother.
Taste- The collections show over the site are good but I doubt how much they will be in real. I believe many of their product quality are bad.
Delivery time- the shipment was made within 24hours and overall delivery time is okay.
Customer service- I have to say, before selling they will be great but after sales , I really dont know.
For more I heard that they respond quickly but for me it didnit happen.
Realiablity- Overall, I was told about this site by my friend as he got some good product and good price. But it didnot happen to me. I was really upset and it might not be same for others. So good through the reviews of product and check the quality written , before you buy.
