Refunds and returns

Very bad service on returns and refunds.. I had ordered a kurta and it came very faded and used with the dirty smell. When I returned... They Limeroad didn’t give mecash.. But added that amount as credit for next buy... Also suggested if I need it as money then I have to add my bank details to convert that credit into cash in acc.. This is just not good.. Anyways I ordered another kurta and it took 18 days to reach me... Excuse they provided was due to covid... But in the beginning I got the stuff in 5 working days... Customer care is only through miss call to delivery agent and email.. It’s not right for brand like Lime Road to take their customer as advantage.. You need to chk what is happening and why it’s happening.. We as a customer give you money for your services.. In return we only get disappointment. Just not happy... It’s really going to be difficult to refer your site or app to any other person.. Just useless customer service... Chk on it.
