I stay in Guduvancherry and using this provider for the past two years. While going to the office it was not known how worst it was. But after started working from home, we come to know how the service and connection is. It hardly works continuously for a day. Whenever we call the agent the number will be in switched off mode. He will not bother to answer us or receive our calls. It is not working for the past 2 days and still not works. Using the mobile data for online classes and office work. Which even works better than this broadband. Pls don’t think of this provider if you want a stable wi fi connection.
