I joined LinkedIn back in 2019, thinking it would be a game-changer for my career. But honestly, it’s been a letdown. The platform itself is pretty user-friendly, and it’s amazing how many professionals are on there. But despite all the hype, I just haven’t seen any real benefits. No job opportunities, no meaningful connections. nothing.
To me, LinkedIn feels like one of those platforms that’s all talk and no action. Unless you’ve already got a strong network or a ton of experience, it’s tough to get noticed. And that’s just not what I expected from a platform that’s supposed to be all about helping professionals connect and grow.
