Concept-wise, presentation-wise and dialogues are absolutely fantastic. lipstick under my burka is one of the proclaimed art movie, which you can enjoy if you are a little bit sensitive about the present scenario of women in our society. Theme of this movie start with 4 women who are rebellious but won’t find a proper reason to fight against odds but because of circumstances they come up with a great hardship and teach the society with a tight slap . Dialogues as I already said soul of the movie . Although you can’t watch it with your family because of some explicit sexual content but they are quite relevant in terms of storyline . Cinematography is nice . Acting of Ratna Shah Pathak amazing and Konkona Sen quite nailed the show with their remarkable presence. Movie is quite enjoyable and sometimes give you numb feeling but ending will be more immersive if some meaning full end was given .
