I’ve been working with Lister for a couple of months, My kind advice to all, don’t ever try to get into lister tech. I’ve worked with many companies in the past but in lister, its full of politics. Managers will give you promotions and some added advantages only if they like you, else you will be busted.
They don’t care about the performance and experience. The second thing is pressure. I used to work for more than 12 hours.
