I have registered the complaint on 08-08-2015 and customer executive told me that your problem will resolved and they confirmed SMS along with Engineer contact number. My Call no. JS150808000716. I called several times to engineer.
He was saying " am coming . am coming. I do not know when he will come. In the portal also I escalated the issue and there was no respone. This is not first time with them. I paid 4000 rupees for AMC. I don’t know what kind of customer service.
