After one year, there was a minor problem with one of the RO cartridges of my water purifier. The engineer changed it and recommended us to get an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC). We purchased the AMC. It was reasonable and since then whenever we face an issue the engineer is just one call away to help us. However, any problem with the product is very rare. I am happy with the performance of the Livpure Touch Plus RO Water Purifier and the service provided by the company. I made a great decision by opting for this product.
