I have taken the 2 year AMC plan thinking of getting seamless and good service. But I am not getting proper service. After 6 months, a preventive maintenance request was raised for 12/03/2024 and assigned to the very guy who got my RO installed, but he didnt come to attend the service. Upon calling him, he didnt pick up. So, I called the customer service on 17th March, and got a response that someone will be assigned and the service will be done. But no one came till now(03/20/2024). So far, this is not the service expected from Livpure.
