We got our work done from Livspace very recently and we had an amazing experience. Right from very start the way they were confident about the overall project kept following up with us. I felt Ashmita(Sales)
& Nivetha(Design) kept following up with us with passion which I felt no company did despite this being a meaty project. Now coming to the actual work.
Design was done by designer Nivetha Ramesh who was just amazing in her creativity. The house turned out to be exactly what we visualized. From design perspective Nivetha was just outstanding who tirelessly given us number of renders whenever we asked for. Coming out with us for tiles, lights, curtain etc, she was really accommodating, apart from being almost 24/7 available on Whats App for any suggestions.:) At the very end when we decided to go for wall colors, she made our job so easy by finding out different colors for different walls which turned out to mesmerizing. Even while giving handover she continued to give her idea’s for decor which is just amazing value ad. We personally felt really comfortable working with her and I think she is just one perfect designer who understands what is client’s need. I felt she did this job as she was designing her own home
Now coming to actual execution and our project manager was Anjo John. Anjo was really amazing as well co-coordinating all the ground efforts to ensure project goes on time. The way he started and finished the work was really professional with timely updates. He looked after small details even without being told during execution which clearly shows how much passionate & dedicated he is. He got the house really cleaned up on time & was always available on call for whatever we required. I really felt comfortable working with him & would commend him for all on-ground planning. Great job I would say.
If you are looking to get your house done through Livspace I would say go for Nivetha-Anjo team because I feel along with design, the actual execution plays a big part and I felt combination both of them really really made the difference.
