Livspace

We were extremely impressed with the smooth experience we had at every step of the process. The Design phase was an enjoyable experience with the Designers eager and willing to explore multiple ideas we had in mind. We really want to appreciate the wonderful effort from Nihal and Nabeel Moosa in the Design phase. We never felt rushed, in fact we felt guilty of eating up too much of their time, but they never complained. We were anxious about how the implementation phase was going to turn out. Here is when we ran into an excellent professional Anjo John the project manager who put all our concerns to rest. He was extremely systematic in generating the task list and keeping us posted on the progress. The commitment he showed in handling issues and resolving them to our satisfaction was truly remarkable. He was completely transparent about issues that were beyond his control but reassuring at the same time about the solid process Livspace has in place for issue resolution. We couldn’t visit our project site during implementation since we were out of the country but we developed a strong trust in Anjo John’s ability to handle the project. He made sure the passage through the implementation phase was smooth. Can’t thank him enough for putting our minds at ease. In the end, what struck us was the processes Livspace has set up to ensure the experience is smooth from beginning to end. We are full of appreciation to the entire team for a job well done. To be honest, we were skeptical when we chose Livspace in the beginning but our experience has made us believers! They really made good on the chance given to them!
