Designing was good but there is a lack of coordination between the design and project team. Infact, they do not communicate at all. Designer left the organisation and we were not informed abover her leaving. Thereafter, she never visited the unit to understanding whether the work is going as per plan resulting in multiple issues which should have been identified by project team themselves. However, upon identification of issues, the project team did resolve them but it created problems, rectification and delays. Also, project team needs to be bit more flexible and approachable. You need to continuously follow up with them to receive a call back. Ideally, follow up should come from the service provider but in case of Livspace, customer needs to follow up. This needs serious improvement.
