One of the very few professional interior companies I have come across... The issue is with designers, extremely bad follow up, you have to keep following up on designs, payment links, changes... For everything you have to literally plead them.. now the good and most important point, once you pass that stage everything is just great.. the execution team is simply superb, they will keep following up with you for faster execution and delivery... Anjo who was my point of contact is true example of what you call "world class and professional experience"kudos to Anjo and his team that the design team which left a bad taste and unpleasant experience turned it around and made a customer for life for livspace.Thank you livspace!One thing I would like to mention here is inspite of sending emails of how I was inconvenienced, No one really called to check what the actual issue was and if it has been resolved or not and livspace has very bad customer service.. the number is always busy and no one really calls back, you just cant get through to one if you have an issue and hence the designers also dont really care much
