Nilisha, Sr Designer, Livspace visited our new apartment and gave us creative ideas to convert this to a dream house. Over cups of coffees and interesting conversations, we zeroed in on the broader designs. Nilisha burned the midnight oil and prepared a 3Dimensional design in no time. Her creative prowess came to fore with the choice of color combination which gave the apartment a contemporary yet elegant look. This was not limited to design, but also very focused inputs on tiles and lighting selection. It’s always said picture says a thousand words. The imagination of the concept had our hearts racing.
Nilisha had made it possible for us. As happens with any major task, the little ups and downs the things were nicely handled. Thanks a ton Nilisha.
With the design and planning done, the next step in the sojourn was actual implementation.Harshika & Vikas(project managers, livspace) and Umesh(lead project executor) were introduced. The work began at a slow pace but picked up rapidly towards the latter part. What differentiated Livspace from others were the immaculate project management skills, professionalism, service with a smile and availability of Vikas and Harshika at all times. They have really put in their hard work and dedication to get the things done. They have been flexible and stepped in with creative solutions whenever a challenge arose.
Harshika, although polite, soft spoken and approachable has been a focused task master. Her efforts and coordination lead to multiple teams working through out the clock and delivering the project with finesse .
Vikas – what can I say about the man.This one man army was entrusted with the ardent task of supervising and galvanizing to action all the working members. His sheer grit & determination was outstanding. He is a superman and an asset to have in any team.
Nikhil / Ramakant / and Anuj: You have some diamonds in your backyard .your Operations and project managers - Harshika and Vikas are world-class .I’m sure you would take enough steps to nurture them well .The operations team truly deserves extra recognition as they are the real people of converting dreams to action.
A special word of appreciation for Anupama, who lead the team very effectively. She ensured that accountability was well driven and always supported without making it very apparent. Anupama – You rock!
Last but not the least, thanks to all the ground soldiers – Akhilesh, Nasir, Nihal, Dharampal and Umesh, without whose commendable efforts, the piece of work may not have seen sunrise!
